Samsung’s latest Galaxy S10 might be our favorite phone right now, but you might want to be a little bit careful when it comes to setting up lockscreen security on it. Right now, you can fool it with just a video of yourself played back on another phone, or just a photo. In at least one case, even siblings have been able to trick it.

If you’ve noticed today that Chrome for desktop is blocking new tabs as if they were pop-up ads, you aren’t alone. It seems Google may have rolled out a server-side experiment that, when combined with a handful of different extensions, results in the anomalous, over-aggressive behavior on the part of the browser. Last month we reported that the Pixel 3 and 3 XL had an intermittent problem with third-party apps when using the camera. Those that ran into the issue would get a “fatal error” or similar warning as the camera failed to work in the app, a problem that would then persist in those apps even across reboots. We made several advances in the audio recording capabilities of Pixel 3, including enabling stereo recording in Update 2: 2018/10/24 3:17pm PDT
While Google acknowledged earlier that it would consider tweaking the Pixel 3’s microphone audio profile based on feedback, so far there hasn’t been any official change. But that said,
