Borderlands 3 previously announced that there are 4 new Vault Hunters to be added to the game and one of which is Amara. She is under the Siren Class and her skill sets include Brawl, Fist of the Elements, and Mystical Assault. Each of her skill trees will have more than 10 options that will include different perks and Augments. Amara has three action skills to choose from and she can only equip one skill at a time. Her AoE ability is Phaseslam and her other abilities include Phasegrasp and Phasecast.

Star Citizen Crowdfunded Budget Is Almost Used Up
Star Citizen has already used up most of its crowdfunded budget of $240 million dollars. The person to blame is said to be Cloud Imperium co-founder and Star Citizen designer Chris Roberts. According to a report from Forbes, from the total budget, only $14 million dollars remain at the end of 2017. The game is not yet available and consumer complaints are pouring in. Former employees also said that Robert’s micromanaging and meddling is to blame for the late development.
Bethesda Announces Rage 2 Resolutions and FPS
Bethesda’s Rage 2 has gone gold and will be launching on May 14th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. If you are playing the game on a PlayStation 4 it will run at 1080p and 30 fps, for the Xbox One edition the game will be at 900p and 30 fps. If you have a PlayStation 4 Pro or an Xbox One X, these systems are able to play the game at 1080p and 60 fps. For players who will be playing Rage 2 on their PCs, they are able to play the game on any resolution that their set up is capable of and there won’t be any frame rate caps.
Gorgeous Watercolor RPG Spleen Now on Kickstarter
A new game called Spleen is now available on Kickstarter and it is a part life-sim and part 2D RPG. The total goal by the end of the month is $ 90,000 Canadian dollars. The game is from a Monreal based studio named Pamplemousse Games. It has a dreamy watercolor background and the game’s protagonist is a guy named Johann. There are two worlds in the game, the “Kid World” and the “Adult World”. For now, the game was able to raise $ 25,000 Canadian dollars. Pledges start at $ 25 Canadian dollars.
Overwatch Workshop Lets Players Play Torbjorn Golf
All thanks to the Overwatch Workshop, players are able to play Torbjörn Golf. Here, players are able to play Torbjörn as the golf ball. He will power up and launch himself just like the jump pack attack of Winston. There is a single 18-golf course available for you to play through. And you are able to play this with up to 11 friends on the PTR. For right now the mod’s creator suggests that you keep the settings to invite only, otherwise the game will run forever. Paradox Interactive has revealed the first fixed clan in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2. The Brujahs are the toughest ones in the game’s world. They are considered superior physically out of all the clans in the game. They hang out in fight clubs called bash, which acts as a celebration of their strength as they fight other capable fighters in brawls. Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will be launching for PC and consoles next year.

It is Plant vs. Zombies’ 10th anniversary! This popular game had players defend themselves and their homes from being eaten by zombies using plants. As each level increases the pace will be much faster and there will be much more zombies making the game more challenging. The very first Plants vs. Zombies game launched on Steam on May 5, 2019, and was developed and published by PopCap. Later on an iOS launch, then an Xbox Live Arcade, a Nintendo DS version then a PlayStation 3 version.
Cyberpunk 2077 Shares the Same Universe as Cyberpunk 2020
Cyberpunk series creator Mike Pondsmith wants to clarify once and for all that Cyberpunk 2077 will share the same universe as Cyberpunk 2020. This is after fake news circulated that the two games have separate timelines. Pondsmith posted on Reddit saying, “To clear this up, I am posting RIGHT HERE AND NOW that the timeline is unified, with the path moving from Cyberpunk 2013 thru Cyberpunk 2020, then through Cyberpunk RED and up to Cyberpunk 2077.”
Borderlands 3 Will Possibly Not Have Vault Hunters DLC
According to Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford, Borderlands 3 might not have any Vault Hunter DLC after the main game launches. Pitchford said that they wanted to develop and expand on the current cast of characters instead of creating more Vault Hunters to add into the game. He even adds that the internal data supports the claim. We should take note that Pitchford did not straightforwardly say that future Vault Hunters will not be available, he just said that it was not likely.
Fallout 4 Mod Lets Players Create Anime-Like Characters
The Fallout 4 mod scene is still alive and well! The latest mod to the game allows players to create characters and even NPCs into anime. The mod is called ‘Animerace Nanakochan’ and is available for players through Nexus Mods. The way the mod works is that it creates a race that looks like anime. Players can then tinker with the characters’ facial features, including eye color and even the size of the characters’ heads.

Electronic Arts has updated the Origin Access Vault, adding classic Star Wars games to its list of titles. One of the major games included is Star Wars Battlefront 2 from 2005, which, according to Star Wars video game fans, is far better than the one released in 2017. Also included in Origin Access are Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Sith, Republic Commando, Rogue Squadron 3D, Dark Forces, Shadows of the Empire, X-Wing Alliance, and more.
Sony Announces Upcoming State of Play Schedule
Sony has announced the schedule of their next State of Play episode. It is slated to air on Thursday, May 9th at 11PM BST. The company said the episode won’t be long, and will only last 10 minutes max. The next State of Play episode will feature an extended look at the MediEvil remake, as well as a first look at an undisclosed new title. The stream will be aired live on Sony’s Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
Kerbal Space Program’s Second Expansion Launches Later This Month
Kerbal Space Program’s second expansion, Breaking Ground, will be launching on May 30th. This new expansion brings a host of new content including robotic parts, surface features like mineral formations and craters, Deployed Science Experiments that allow players to set up a science station, and a new awesome futuristic space suit for all Kerbals. Players who were able to purchase Kerbal Space Program before April 30th will get Breaking Ground for free.

A new trailer for A Plague Tale: Innocence has been revealed, and this time it features human enemies that protagonists Amicia and Hugo will run into throughout their journey. The trailer is titled ‘Monsters’ and features Vitalis and Lord Nicholas. Vitalis is the leader of the Inquisition, and Lord Nicholas is the commander of the forces and are after the game’s main characters. This shows that players will not only face rats in the game, but also other threats. A Plague Tale: Innocence will be available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on May 14th.
Fortnite’s Season 9 Start Date Confirmed
Fortnite’s Season 9 is coming, and it’s coming really soon. The new season kicks off on Thursday, May 9th on all the game’s platforms. This was confirmed by Epic Games themselves through a Tweet saying, “The Future is Unknown. 5.9.2019 #FortniteSeason9.” The Tweet did not reveal much, but we can expect to know more of what’s in store as we draw closer to the launch date.
Multiplayer Shooter Splitgate Launches May 22nd
1047 Games’ fast-paced, sci-fi competitive multiplayer FPS Splitgate: Arena Warfare will be launching as a free-to-play title on Steam on May 22nd. The game will have players use player-controlled portals as they battle with other players in an arena. These portals will create and link multiple gateways in the game’s map. Players will also be able to move using jetpacks, portal guns, and much more. The developers said this game pays homage to classic shooters of the past twenty years.
Devil May Cry is Coming to the Nintendo Switch
The original Devil May Cry, which released back in 2001, will be heading to the Nintendo Switch this summer. This news comes from the official Devil May Cry 5 Twitter account. By the looks of things, it looks like not all the entire remastered collection will be brought to the Switch, but we can expect to know more concrete details when available.
The Swords of Ditto Gets a Massive Update
Developer onebitbeyond has released a big new update for its Zelda-like action RPG The Swords of Ditto. The new update is called Mormo’s Curse, and one of its features is that it removes permadeath. Although there’s no permadeath, players will still fail a story when they die while climbing up Mormo’s Palace, or if they play in Hero Mode. When players fail a story, some currency and fragments will be dropped, and they will find themselves inside their house waking up after a collapse.
Ghost Recon Reveal to Take Place May 9th
It looks like a new Ghost Recon game will be unveiled later this week. This is hinted by a new tweet from the official Ghost Recon Twitter account. The reveal will take place on Thursday, May 9, at 2:30pm EST/11:30am PST. There’s no news as to what else we will expect during the reveal, except from a trailer.
The Sinking City Now Available for Pre-Order
Bigben and Frogwares studio’s The Sinking City is now available for pre-order. This was launched with a gameplay trailer which showcases one of the missions in the game, A Delicate Matter. It also comes with a commentary from the developers themselves. The Sinking City will be launching on the Epic Games Store for PC, and also on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
