24/7 licensing support for SDL Trados Studio

We have some exciting news to share with you. Have you ever had any licensing or installation issues and found there is no support available in your time-zone? Have you ever needed to reset your SDL Trados Studio license on the weekend, only to find you needed to wait until Monday? Well, you no longer need to worry.

I am delighted to let you know that our licensing support team is now on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help you with your license support and reset requests.

So how many licensing requests do we receive on average? Here are just a few stats, which you might find interesting:

  • In 2017 we handled nearly 12,000 licensing support requests
  • We deal with 45 licensing cases every day
  • In July 2017, we launched license resets via Live Chat, with 40% of all requests submitted here.

Since we launched our 24/7 licensing support, our support team is dealing with 65 licensing cases over the weekends (you’re keeping our team busy at all times). We’ve also had some fantastic feedback from you already. One customer was surprised to receive help on the weekend, telling us:

My problem was solved quicker than expected, I honestly didn’t think anyone would react during the weekend.”

Another customer was really happy with the Live Chat support, telling us “the chat support was excellent.”
